01 Provincial and Municipal Leading Talent Echelon

We currently have two provincial leading talent echelons and one municipal leading talent echelon. The echelon engineering (steam turbine) echelon (province) is led by Zhang Hongtao and consists of 34 backbone members. The nuclear turbine design and development echelon (provincial) is led by Yang Xiaohui and consists of 20 backbone members. "Energy Storage Technology" echelon (municipal) is led by Zhu Haiyi and consists of 20 backbone members. Through the echelon construction, we can promote the orderly development of talents at all levels of the company, and cultivate leading talent echelon of professionals with outstanding priorities, reasonable layout, optimized structure, excellent quality and innovative capabilities.

02 "Leading Goose" Team of Heilongjiang Province

We currently have a provincial "leading goose" team, which relies on high-end nuclear power equipment projects to actively conduct research and development of domestic 1000MW nuclear power unit and cutting-edge reactor type nuclear island products such as small reactors and fast reactors based on AP1000, the latest introduced nuclear power technology. The leader, Lv Zhiqiang, and 8 backbone members of the team have developed a world-class high-end nuclear power equipment product through the construction of the " Independent R&D Team for Nuclear Power Key Equipment Technology ", continuously driving the sustainable development of the economy of Heilongjiang Province, enhancing the influence and competitiveness of Heilongjiang Province at home and abroad, and making Heilongjiang Nuclear Power Equipment an international business card for China.


Yang Xiaohui is a key member of the team and also the leader in the research and development of nuclear turbine technology of HTC. He currently holds technical positions such as Vice Chairman of the Nuclear Power Special Committee of the China Power Engineering Association, Vice Chief of the Steam Turbine Group of the Nuclear Energy Industry Association, Member of the Nuclear Turbine Standards Committee, and Leader of the Heilongjiang Provincial Leading Talent Team. He has been committed to the research and development of new products, project bidding, and technical promotion of various types of nuclear turbines, has made important contributions to the development of the nuclear turbine industry. He undertakes the development of Hualong-1 nuclear turbine unit and key equipment, the major scientific and technological special project of Heilongjiang Province for the "Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Program", which currently has entered the construction design stage. What’s more, on the basis of Hainan Changjiang Small Reactor Nuclear Power Project, they newly won CGN Taipingling "Hualong-1" project and Sanmen Unit 5-6 project. In order to continue improving the competitiveness of 1000MW class nuclear power products, he led his team to successfully apply LP inner/outer casing isolation technology to the subsequent LP modules with 1800mm and 2000mm last blade. Combining the company's technical talent development channel and technical innovation system, he organized a team to establish a talent echelon system with senior professionals as the backbone, deputy senior professionals as the main body, and intermediate professionals as the reserve. The team consists of 8 members with senior professional titles, 22 members with deputy senior professional titles, and 10 members with other level professional titles, and has cultivated one "Female Craftsman" of Heilongjiang Province. In 2022, they obtained 10 authorized patents in the field of nuclear power, including 7 invention patents.

03 Li Yufeng Model Worker Innovation Studio
In 2018, the company established "Li Yufeng Model Worker Innovation Studio" named after Li Yufeng, a Harbin special-class model worker. At present, the studio has undertaken research task on "Development of LP Last Stage Long Blades for 1000MW Class Deep Peak-Shaving Unit", "Development of Series Medium and Long Blades of Air Turbine for Energy Storage ", "Development of New 1000mm Long Blades for Casing Cutting Operation", and "1036 Efficient Long Blades Suitable for Deep Peaking- Shaving Conditions", providing strong technical support for the company's sustainable development. The studio has a total of 26 members, including 2 members with doctor degree and 13 members with master degree. Since its establishment, the innovation studio has cultivated two senior engineers and recommended one member for postdoctoral, doctor , and master degrees respectively at Harbin Institute of Technology. In the past three years, the innovation team has won 5 scientific and technological awards in provincial and ministerial level and 8 scientific and technological awards in prefecture level (group corporation level); obtained 55 authorized patents, including 6 invention patents; published 37 papers; achieved 2 software copyrights; and published 5 enterprise standards.
04 Energy Saving Technology Research Team
The Energy Saving Technology Research Team is an engineering research and development team of new energy products and energy-saving equipment, responsible for the development of technology and product development in multiple fields such as compressed air energy storage, solar thermal power generation, molten salt heat storage, and energy-saving utilization. In recent years, guided by market demand, the team has successively completed the research and development tasks of multiple national first products, including the heat storage heat exchanger for the world's first non-supplementary combustion type compressed air energy storage project - for Jiangsu Jingjing Salt Cave 60MW compressed air energy storage power generation system national demonstration project heat storage heat exchanger, and the heat storage heat exchanger for world's largest capacity level compressed air energy storage power station - Hubei Yingcheng 300MW compressed air energy storage power station demonstration project. In addition, the team's research achievements in new industries such as steam generators in photothermal power plants and organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power plants have also achieved engineering application, providing strong technical support for the company's transformation and development. The team currently consists of 16 R&D persons, including 11 persons with graduates or above degrees and 8 senior engineers. In recent years, the team has undertaken dozens of various scientific research projects and applied for more than 60 related patents in new energy and energy-saving technologies, further consolidating the technical foundation for the company's new product development.
05 New Energy Control Technology Research Team
Guided by “enhancing innovation awareness and striving to win the 'breakthrough war’”, the New Energy Control Technology Research Team provides innovative technologies for the company relying on nuclear power, gas turbine, solar energy, and new energy technology transformation projects. At present, the team mainly undertakes research and development tasks for nuclear power, solar thermal control systems, small and medium gas turbine control systems, and new energy technology. The team consists of 16 members, including 8 masters and 8 bachelors, all graduated from key universities in China. In recent years, the team members have been persisting in a spirit of unity and hard work, solidarity and practical work, continuously completed various innovative tasks, won 4 awards in municipal level or above, published 36 papers and obtaining 16 patents.
06 Steam Turbine Blade Manufacturing Innovation Team
All members of Steam Turbine Blade Manufacturing Innovation Team keep improving their technical level and innovating technical methods in their work. The main research and development directions of the team are intelligent blade manufacturing, quality and efficiency improvement, and machining technology research for blades of new structure. The team has mastered advanced and efficient CNC programming methods and machining concepts in the same industry. Relying on advanced five-axis machines and three-coordinate inspection equipment, the team continuously explore advanced machining strategies and take advanced technical means to greatly improve the machining quality and manufacturing level of the blade products. The construction of automated production lines, MBD and other projects has laid a solid foundation for intelligent production and product intelligence. The researches on parameterized 3D process and automatic programming, five-axis equipment functions development, application of online measurement technology, and advanced manufacturing technology are all in a leading position in the same industry, paving the way for the company to comprehensively achieve digital transformation, automation upgrade, and intelligent empowerment. The team consists of 16 members, including 5 persons with master degree and 11 with bachelors; 6 engineer, 5 engineers, and 3 assistant engineers. The team has won 1 first prize, 6 second prizes and 3 third prizes for scientific research and several research awards in company level, 2 national quality management awards, also obtained 16 invention patents and 11 utility model patents.
